Business Context

The customer sought to deliver a solution for a highly competitive hiring landscape where traditional recruitment workflows created bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Several systemic issues were limiting both scalability and accuracy:

  • High operational cost per interview. Each screening required the involvement of multiple specialists, significantly increasing the cost of talent acquisition;
  • Inability to scale candidate processing. Recruiters were unable to evaluate large applicant pools in parallel, leading to delays and missed opportunities during hiring peaks;
  • Extended time-to-hire. Filling a single vacancy could take up to 45 days, slowing down project staffing and impacting overall business performance;
  • Lack of data-driven assessment. Traditional evaluation tools produced limited analytical insights, making it difficult to reliably measure a candidate’s actual competencies;
  • Subjective and inconsistent evaluations. Different interviewers assessed the same candidates using varying criteria, introducing bias and increasing the likelihood of hiring errors.

  • Customizable AI. The ability to employ different LLMs and ML models for data analysis and processing, deployed and managed on AWS infrastructure;
  • Complete automation. Automated analysis of video, speech, language, and answer structure, with real-time processing supported by AWS AI/ML and serverless components;
  • Flexible editor. Tools for creating custom templates and competency matrices, backed by AWS storage and configuration services for streamlined data handling.
