My role at Andersen is that of a digital solution maker, problem solver, and communication bridge between businesses and the software solutions they need. I leverage IT resources to deliver scalable and innovative tools, work with customer requirements, provide consultancy on the most effective and valuable engagement models, maintain communication across development teams, and establish commercial deals. My scope covers engaging with prospects, business meetings, presentations, identification of customer needs, preparation of compelling offers, contract negotiations, and customer relationship management.
