Business Context
SeniorComps needed business intelligence software in the senior housing industry that would provide quick access to property-level market data, or “comps.” It simplifies the work for industry professionals, eliminating the need to gather data manually or purchase or exchange datasets.

Most professionals rely on cumbersome Excel spreadsheets to manage essential real estate data, making access and sharing difficult.
