Project overview
A leading telecom provider entrusted Andersen with tech assistance for its feature-rich intuitive eCommerce platform.
As a result, we helped the customer create a convenient-to-use online presence with flawless user journeys, advanced filters, and informative galleries. On top of that, comprehensive series of QA rounds were run in order to make the solution stable and high-performing.
Project challenges
- Increased risk of missing a defect into production due to low test coverage
- Critical suite of autotests (Smoke) is unstable and takes more than 4 hours
- Extra costs on the onboarding of specialists due to the lack of documented product knowledge base
- Too many resources are required to maintain the Automation framework
