The solution includes an extensive Wine Glass Guide, enabling users to browse various glass types—each accompanied by high-quality images and detailed usage information. This guide helps users select the perfect glassware for specific wines and occasions.

Another key component is the collections overview, where users can explore curated sets of glassware. A dynamic event calendar keeps users informed about upcoming events worldwide, allowing them to view details, locations, and ticket purchase links. The app also includes the All About RIEDEL section, designed to communicate the customer’s values and build an emotional connection with both new and loyal clients.

Additionally, the self-guided Museum Tour feature allows visitors to navigate the customer’s museum independently by scanning QR codes that unlock audio and video content, complete with multilingual text support. Finally, a social media feed ensures users remain connected to the customer’s latest updates, news, and trends through integrated Instagram and YouTube content.

Given the global audience and varying Internet connectivity, the mobile app for this premium glassware manufacturer was optimized to provide fast access to key features—particularly the Wine Glass Guide—even under limited network conditions. The team placed special emphasis on user experience, ensuring intuitive navigation for a diverse audience, from casual visitors to wine experts.

To enrich the museum experience, we developed a QR-based system unlocking multimedia content—audio, video, and text—in both English and German. This addressed the limited availability of human guides and ensured a more inclusive experience.
