Andersen Becomes an AWS Managed Services Provider Partner

By earning Managed Services Provider (MSP) Partner status, Andersen has strengthened its ability to manage complex AWS environments, from planning and migration to ongoing optimization.

Andersen has earned AWS MSP Partner status after an independent assessment of its managed services capabilities. The evaluation included a pre-assessment and an eight-hour review by an external auditor. It covered 61 controls related to security, incident management, cost tracking, and business operations.

For clients, this validation means they can work with one partner to manage their AWS infrastructure. Andersen teams design and deploy cloud infrastructure, manage applications, monitor production environments, respond to incidents, and support day-to-day operations. For payment workloads, Andersen builds and operates Cardholder Data Environments (CDEs) with active monitoring.

The AWS MSP status complements Andersen’s PCI DSS Attestation of Compliance (AOC). The AOC covers systems security services and payment software development. Its scope also extends to infrastructure maintenance and merchant services. Clients may use Andersen’s AOC as supporting evidence in their PCI DSS assessments when relevant services fall within scope.

Together, these dual credentials allow Andersen to support payment applications on AWS through integrated cloud operations, infrastructure support, security monitoring, incident response, and compliance services.

Vladimir Pedchenko, Director of Cybersecurity & Managed Services at Andersen, said:

AWS MSP Partner status confirms that Andersen has the processes and controls needed to take responsibility for production AWS environments. Combined with our PCI DSS AOC, it gives clients a reliable framework for operating payment workloads on AWS. It also provides compliance evidence to support their own PCI DSS assessment process.

Andersen will continue to expand its managed services practice for complex and regulated enterprise environments.
