In consulting and implementation, teams handle strategy and roadmap, configuration, customization, change management, and staff training, then stay on for support once a solution is live. As a reseller, Andersen gives clients a single route to ServiceNow subscriptions, product selection, bundled services for a faster start, and simpler renewals. As a service provider, Andersen can run ServiceNow as a fully managed service, with administration, upgrades, and domain separation that keeps each client's data isolated, on a model where clients pay for the service rather than the infrastructure behind it.
