About the project
The developed platform is a large CRM system used in the field of direct selling of various goods and services. The system consists of numerous modules and is designed to automate business processes and improve the efficiency of employees and contractors of the company. The system allows the user to create an IT-solution that can be customized and adapted to their company and its needs. It can be a catalog, an order management system, an event adjuster, and other solutions that a client needs.
The platform consists of two main parts. The first part is a website for unregistered consumers of the product, where we have implemented the functionality and data necessary for accepting orders, setting up complex products and providing effective customer service and support. The second part is a website created for registered consumers of a certain level and intended for managing a retail enterprise, and here the user can see his personal statistics, metrics, information about profits, etc.
Our team not only works on expanding the functionality of mobile and web versions of platforms, but also deals with connecting new B2B clients to the platform, customizing the platform template to their needs and further technical support.
Finally, we delivered a fully completed CRM system with the admin part and new more efficient architecture.
The architecture implemented by our developers significantly speeded up, automated and simplified the work of the application for clients, as well as reduced costs, optimized the accounting of goods/orders/contractors and increased sales.
