Our customer came to Andersen with an idea of developing a user testing platform that would play a pivotal role in helping businesses to understand the users' expectations from software products. It is important for companies to know how different users interact with the design of their products to ensure the best user experience. Our team was asked to build a platform based on SAAS model that would quickly collect feedbacks from real users testing interfaces of web and mobile applications.
